Worship

worship

All the nations you have made
will come and worship before you, Lord;
they will bring glory to your name

Psalm 86:9

Our worship of God is a vital part of what we do as a church family. Central to  this is our coming together on Sunday  to worship God. We meet to praise Him in song, to hear His word, and to encourage one another in fellowship. Whether you’re already a Christian or you’re just exploring the Christian faith, we hope you’ll  join us and find worshipping here to be both welcoming and encouraging.

We gather to worship  God together on the Lord’s Day at three different times. These are:

Sunday morning family service

The 11 o’clock service is a short family friendly service of worship held in the church hall. There is a special young peoples slot in this meeting, and a crèche is available for pre-schoolers. We use a variety of worship materials at this service including psalms, paraphrases, hymns (from the Revised Hymnary) and praise songs (from ‘Neverending Praise’). Words and graphics are shown on a LCD monitor. Everyone very welcome.

Gaelic service

We currently have no Gaelic services while the ministry is vacant.

Sunday evening service

The evening English service is currently held in the main church sanctuary at 6 PM on Sunday nights. Praise at this service is normally Psalms and Paraphrases. Everyone very welcome.

Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name; worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness

Psalm 29:2 (KJV)
